I was recently asked this question: “What is it REALLY like to be a mother? Not the “it’s the most rewarding thing in the world and children are a blessing” answer.” That inspired me to start this blog – That and the fact my husband has been asking me to find a hobby. However, I’m not sure sharing personal stories and opinions online is exactly what he had in mind. I’m a 30-something wife and mother. My son Quinn is the apple of my eye and the sole reason I might have a heart attack by the time I’m 40. I am the “Real Housewife of Fargo” in the most sarcastic, joking way. I was unemployed at the time I started this blog and my kid went to daycare 5 days a week – Mother. Of. The. Year.
